The remaining portions of the CNA will be released soon, and will include qualitative data and additional information on health inequities in RHP 2. Likewise, results from a Physician EMR Survey will be available to RHP stakeholders once all data has been collected, processed and analyzed. Please take time to review the profiles on-line, and we hope you will be able to join us for the CNA meeting that corresponds to your county of interest.
