Upcoming Meetings
Beginning on Friday, June 1, 2012, The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston (UTMB Health) began hosting biweekly meetings (June 1, 15, 29, etc.) for Region 2 stakeholders and any other interested parties, regardless of their RHP designation. The meetings will be held at 8:30 a.m. at:

We encourage your attendance in-person; however, if you elect to dial-in, please use our toll-free conference service. The phobe number and participant code are included in each agenda.
We anticipate these meetings will last approximately one hour, and the plan is to use this time to provide general waiver updates from HHSC/CMS and focus on topics and themes pertinent to Region 2 planning activities. If you have a suggested topic for discussion, we encourage you to send it in via e-mail to the Region 2 mailbox by noon on Tuesdays prior to the meeting. We plan to post meeting agendas on the Region 2 website http://www.utmb.edu/1115/ by noon Thursdays prior to the meeting.
Examples of meeting topics may include: IGT relationships, DSRIP project planning, milestone reporting, etc.; however, we will always let the latest news from HHSC/CMS drive our discussion topics. There is no need to RSVP to attend the meeting in person or to dial-in. If a meeting is cancelled, we will advise you via e-mail and post notification on the website.
