As the nurse manager for the UTMB Access Center, I am proud to be involved in daily activities that enhance patient care as well as physician and employee satisfaction. The excellent employees who work for me strive to meet our primary objectives including taking ownership of each call, making any connection, facilitating any request, and navigating the physician and patient through our healthcare system in a timely, efficient manner.
