Registrations will not be processed until full payment is received.

The name you write on the registration form will be exactly how your name badge will be printed. Due to space limitations on the name badges, credentials will not be listed.

Cancellation of pre-paid registration
postmarked before March 1, 2013
will be refunded, minus an
administrative fee($50.00)

No prepaid registration refunds
will be issued for cancellations
that are postmarked after
