The participation of the local Galveston community is integral to the success of the GNL.  The work done here in the lab has the potential to benefit society at large, and keeping the community and the public abreast of that work is a part of our mission.

Two ways in which the local community is directly involved with the GNL are through the Community Liaison Committee and the Community Advisory Board.
