Responsibilities of CISOC are:
• Lead UTMB to a successful outcome
• Serve as the steering group for the EMR initiative
• Approve budget requests
• Report to Process Council and Clinical Leadership Council
• Report to other leadership groups
• Final resolution of decisions
• Approve new policies & approve new procedures
• Ensure organizational and governance committees communications
