Personal Overview

Dr. Juarez is a full time Endocrinologist at the Friendswood clinic location. She has an interest in all parts of general Endocrinology including common diabetes and thyroid care as well as pituitary disorders, osteoporosis, and parathyroid disorders. She is able to also perform thyroid ultrasounds as well as some thyroid nodule biopsies in the office. She has the advantage of working full time in one office which offers patients very personalized and accessible care as well as enjoy the academic affiliation with UTMB. She believes in thorough, compassionate, quality care of all her patients. She has enjoyed being a part of the Friendswood community both in her professional as well as personal life. She is married with three children and happily settled in Friendswood.

The department of internal medicine is developing evidence based clinical protocols which will be available in EPIC (as order sets) for use when admitting patients with these diagnoses. Their AIM is to standardize care and decrease length of stay and readmission rates.
