Patient Case Logs
Residents* are required to keep a case
log during certain rotations. This activity is important to
document the residents' exposure to a variety of patients and
educational experiences.
Rotations which require patient case logs:

Case logs will be kept using the
"procedure log" within New Innovations software,
accessible here:
- Institution Login = utmb
- username = UTMB username
- password =
FirstInitialLastname (e.g. jsmith or bbrown). Once logged in,
you may change your password to a more convenient one, and this password
will sustain (i.e. no need to change monthly)
