Rules and Regulations of the Board of Regents

Authority

The Rules and Regulations of the Board of Regents (hereinafter referred to as Regents’ Rules) of The University of Texas System set forth the general policies and rules of governance applicable to all institutions within the UT System.

Policy	The Regents’ Rules and Regulations are the official repository of policies and procedures established for The University of Texas System by the Board of Regents. Should there be a conflict between the Handbook and the Regents’ Rules; the Regents’ Rules shall prevail.
