Rules and Regulations of the Board of Regents

Authority

The Rules and Regulations of the Board of Regents (hereinafter referred to as Regents’ Rules) of The University of Texas System set forth the general policies and rules of governance applicable to all institutions within the UT System.

Distribution

Official copies of the Regents’ Rules are issued by the Office of the Executive Secretary to the Board of Regents to all UT System component Presidents. At UTMB, the official copy is maintained in the Office of the President. Whenever revisions occur, an update notification letter is sent to selected administrative offices as determined by the President. An additional copy is also available for review by faculty, staff, and students in the Moody Medical Library.
