ADAPT was a faculty learning community of health professions faculty working together to learn to adapt teaching materials to web-based formats.  ADAPTers learned to create and use interactive online instructional materials, a.k.a learning objects (LOs).  ADAPT used online methods to teach these online skills, so that much of the participation in the program was designed to be  'any day any place', allowing faculty to fit this into an already-busy academic schedule.
