Some people have encountered a problem when submitting an announcement near the end of the month. It turns out that there's a problem with the way the application keeps track of the number of days in each month, and so far we haven't been able to find a solution. We apologize for your inconvenience.
Here's the current workaround:
| Date Bug Workaround |
Submit the announcement for one date in the current month,
or for one date in the upcoming month, but not for multiple
dates that span both months. Please note that you might have
to go as far as three or four business days into the
upcoming month in order to successfully submit the
announcement. (The date is less important than a successful
submission.) Once you have received a confirmation email, forward the confirmation to Anthony Hernandez and Matt Havard; include the actual date you'd like the announcement published, along with two additional dates if desired. We'll modify the entry manually in the database and confirm via email. Please note that we can't absolutely guarantee that entries made after 4:30 p.m. will be successfully modified, although we will make every attempt to do so. Please submit your announcement as early in the day as you can.
