Literature Searches

Librarians use their expertise to select the right database and generate a list of references and abstracts (when available) tailored to your specific interests. A form is available to request a search.

  • Topics of ongoing interest can be set up as alerts (regular updates are sent automatically)
  • Turnaround time - most general searches are completed within 2 business days from receipt depending on time of receipt, staff availability, system availability and the complexity of the search(es).
  • Systematic review searches are more involved and will take longer to complete.
  • The librarian working on the search will be in touch about the anticipated turn around time.
