The Blackboard Building Block for the Respondus LockDown Browser has been upgraded on eclass, possibly causing currently deployed tests to be in error mode in the LockDown Browser Dashboard.
Instructors should check the Respondus LockDown Browser Dashboard to fix any inconsistencies in the browser settings.  Expand the Course Tools menu in the Control Panel (at the bottom left of your course)

and click the Respondus LockDown Browser link to open the dashboard.  In the Dashboard correct any errors associated with your deployed assessments by clicking the Fix It button:

You can check the LockDown Browser settings by choosing Modify Settings from the action menu to the left of the test name.
The UTMB Respondus web page (http://ar.utmb.edu/respondus/) has been updated with instructions for upgrading and configuring the Respondus LockDown Browser;  Quick Start Guides for instructors and students have also been added.


If you encounter an error when uploading multiple files, please use web folders (WebDAV). We are working on the solution for this issue.
