Ordering Information OrderingTo arrange your function, call UTMB's Department of Catering and Special Events at 409-772-9576. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Most arrangements can be made over the phone; some may require that you meet with a catering associate to discuss special requirements. The majority of the prices listed on our menu are per person prices. Please note that our prices are subject to change without notice. Catering services are available Monday through Friday from 8:00am until 5:00pm. Events before and after these times as well as "off-campus" events will be charged an additional fee. For orders received by our office less than two (2) business days prior to the event, a $50.00 late fee plus a percentage of the total sale (as determined by Catering Management) will apply. Any changes or additions made to a catering order less than two (2) business days prior to the event may be assessed a percentage of the total sale as determined by Catering Management. If cancellation occurs after two (2) days prior to the date of the event, the department/organization will be financially responsible for 100% of the billed amount. Our minimum order for any "on-campus" event is $25.00; for "off-campus" events, the minimum is $150.00. If your event is off the island, the minimum is $300.00. Additional Labor Charges (if applicable)Our normal hours of operation are between 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Events scheduled before or after these hours will incur an additional labor charge. In addition, all events scheduled on weekends and holidays will also incur an additional labor charge. PaymentAfter you place your order you will be required to submit a UTMB Internal Services Request before your event occurs -- using the People Soft System. On the day following your event, our department will charge your account using the University's People Soft system.
