Choice of Two Entrees (King Ranch Chicken, Calabasita, Beef Enchilada Casserole, Steamed Pork Tamales).  Served with Refried Beans, Spanish Rice, Guacamole Salad,
Tortilla Chips and Pico de Gallo.  

Baked Potato Bar  $10.75
Baked Potato with butter and a Choice of Six Toppers (Sour Cream, Grated Cheese, Texas Chili, BBQ, Grilled Chicken, Olives, Green Onions, Mushrooms, Bacon Bits, Steamed Broccoli, Cheese Sauce, Shredded Ham, Pico de Gallo)  Served with a Dinner Roll.
