Buttermilk Pecan Chicken Salad $11.75
Spicy Chicken Strips over Field Greens with Avocado and Tomato Slices.
Served with Honey Mustard Dressing and a Corn Muffin.

Southwestern Salad $11.75
Sliced Roasted Chicken Breast with Spicy Black-eyed Pea Salad over Field Greens. 
Served with Southwestern
Dressing and a Corn Muffin.

Fresh Garden Salad $7.25
Add Chicken for an additional $4.25

Mixed Greens with Cucumbers, Tomatoes, and Crudités.
Served with Choice of Dressing and Crackers.

Cobb Salad $11.75
Grilled Chicken, Bacon, Chopped Egg, Bleu Cheese, Chopped Tomatoes, and Sliced Avocados arranged over Field Greens. 
Served with Bleu Cheese Dressing and a Slice of French Bread.

Lump Shrimp Salad $14.50
Gulf Shrimp in a Tangy Sauce. Served in a Tomato Rose over Mixed Greens.  Served with French Bread.

Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad $11.75
Sliced Grilled Chicken Breast, Romaine and Iceberg Lettuces, Homemade Seasoned Croutons, Chopped Bacon,
Diced Eggs, Red Onion, and a Thick Slice of Tomato.  Served with Sliced French Bread and Caesar Dressing.

Houdah Salad $12.00
Dried Cranberries, Fresh Pears, Shredded Swiss Cheese, Grilled Chicken, Toasted Pecans, and Mixed Greens all tossed together.
Served with a Poppy Seed Vinaigrette Dressing and a Garlic Toast Round.

Fruit and Yogurt Plate $11.00
Assorted Seasonal Fruit with Yogurt.  Served with a Blueberry Muffin.  Cottage Cheese may be Substituted.

Chef Salad $11.25
Mixed Greens topped with Julienne of Ham, Turkey, Roast Beef, and Cheeses.
Served with Assorted Crackers and a Choice of Dressing.

UTMB Tri Salad Sampler $12.00
Chicken Salad, Tuna Salad, and Pasta Salad over Mixed Greens.   Served with a Petite Butter Croissant.

Fajita Taco Salad $12.50
(minimum twelve guests for Beef or Shrimp)

Spicy Chicken or Beef Fajita Served in a Tortilla Basket with Shredded Lettuce,
Grated Cheese, Sour Cream, Guacamole, Pico de Gallo and Salsa.
Shrimp can be substituted for an additional $1.50.

Shrimp and Avocado Salad $14.50
Half an Avocado Filled with Whole Boiled Shrimp and then Topped with Pico de Gallo, Chopped Egg, Diced Red Bell Pepper, and Parmesan Cheese.  Served with Parmesan Cheese Straws and a side of Basil Vinaigrette Dressing.
