Dr. Saloni Majmudar joined UTMB Pediatrics Associates in 1997. She is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. Dr. Majmudar completed a residency in Pediatrics at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. She earned her medical degree from King Edward Memorial Hospital and Seth G.S. Medical College in Bombay, India. And received her higher secondary certificate exam in pre-med from D.G. Ruparel College University of Bombay, India.

Dr. Majmudar has a special interest in promoting breastfeeding and treating children who suffer from asthma and allergies. Dr. Majmudar is an active volunteer speaker for a local elementary school to educate children about health issues. Dr. Majmudar serves as a preceptor for medical students and residents.

She is multilingual and speaks English, Spanish, Hindi, Gujarati and Marathi.
