Gary Eubank, RN, MSN
Director of Nursing
Gary Eubank received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1976 and a Master of Science degree in Nursing from Texas Woman's University in 1982. He is a 1999 Fellow of the Johnson and Johnson Wharton Fellows program in Management for Nurse Executives.
Eubank has served as a chief nursing officer of tertiary level hospitals both not-for-profit and for-profit since 1983. He has had the opportunity to redesign the healthcare delivery system in several hospitals in Texas, as well as Kansas, Missouri, Florida, and Ohio. He has participated in the building of two acute care hospitals, and continues to provide consulting services to acute care hospitals focusing on the creation of staffing matrices, creating position controls, assessing productivity and implementing budgeting systems.
Eubank joined the UTMB-CMC management team in September 2005 as the director of nursing for the southern division. He resides in The Woodlands, Texas and has two children, Heather and Alycia. He enjoys snow skiing, outdoor activities, and sports.
