Institutional Compliance Agreement (ICA)

In May 2005, UTMB will enter into a three-year Institutional Compliance Agreement (ICA) with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Office of the Inspector General. This agreement is the result of self-reported incidents by the institution involving compliance issues.
