ICA Training Requirements

Because of governmental regulations, Annual Required Training is required to be completed annually. All UTMB employees are expected to complete this training by Aug. 31, 2008. Please check out our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s) in order to know how to proceed with your remaining training requirements.

The Institutional Compliance Agreement (ICA) also requires UTMB to train the following individuals on specific federal health care program requirements:

“persons involved in the delivery of patient care items or services and/or in the preparation or submission of claims for reimbursement from any federal health care program.”
