The responsibility of Facilities Operations and Management is to create and maintain an environment that is pleasing, functional and safe with regard to planning and space allocation, development and maintenance of facilities, and utility distribution.

Planning and Development
• Assessment of Space Needs
• Annual reporting of Space Utilization to State and Federal Agencies
• Campus Master Planning
• Management of Construction and Remodeling Projects
• Management of Acquisition and Leasing of Facilities

Building Maintenance
• Maintains the quality of the physical environment
        o Preventive Maintenance
        o Building Repairs
        o Landscape Maintenance

Utilities
• Utility Distribution
• Energy Management
