Access Functionality

At both the Main Administration and Department Administration access levels, there are further assignments of Manager, Department Head, and Administrator. Currently these terms are taken directly from HRMS and have no distinction in levels of access other than whether or not they are assigned at the main Administration or Department Administration level. Each level of access can do the following whether at the main org id level or at the sub org id level:

  • View group reports
  • View individual employee reports
  • Change/reset passwords
  • Edit/assign training at the individual and group level
  • Edit individual profiles and course records

Remember, the access granted determines whether you can do this functionality for all of your main org id and sub org ids or just within assigned sub org ids.
