If you have logged into the new online training site, follow the instructions outlined below.

Return to Online Tracking System Guide - Introduction

1. Use your UTMB employee ID as both your Employee ID and Password on this page.

2. Click the Login button to continue

1. Click on the phrase "Click Here for the Tracking System..."

This is the main menu to the tracking platform. Depending upon your access level you may select one or all of the following options by clicking on the word link:

Groups - View group reports and/or edit group assignments based on your level of access.

Students - View individual student reports and add, edit, or delete student information based on your level of access.

Courses - View course reports and add and/or edit course information based on your level of access.

OrgAdmin - View system reports, manager assignment reports, and allows you to add, edit, or delete manager role functions based on your level of access.
