Forms
- A collection of all forms and documents in a PDF file from specified
courses available for printing. These forms and documents may
be reviewed and printed out at any time without having to go into
the training.
Catalog
- A listing of all available online courses and their course sponsor’s
name, phone number, and email. You may contact the course sponsors
at any time for questions about their specific online training
course.
Assignments
– Your main profile page listing all of your trainings required
for the current fiscal year with due dates and completion status.
Information
- Your personal profile within the online training system. You
may update information as necessary and you may change your password.
NOTE: If you have a name change or department changes please update
this information in HRMS first.
Transcript
- A record of all trainings you have completed within the online
system as well as any classroom trainings. You may also print
individual certificates at any time from any course passed by
clicking on the column Print Cert.
Help
– Information and basic Q & A’s to assist you
in navigating the system and technical support.
Logoff
- Allows you to Log off of the Online Training System and return
to the login screen.
The online courses
offer some unique features while taking inside the training. There
is a navigation bar at the bottom of each course screen that you
may click on at any time during a training session.
Some of the Navigation features are:
- Exit:
Allows you to exit the course at any time. In addition, the
course will “book mark” your last page accessed
so that upon your return into the training, you may proceed
from where you left off without having to go through the former
pages again. You should use the exit button when you are completely
finished with the training or you need to attend to other business
and will be away for while from your computer.
- Notepad:
Allows you to take printable notes on a specific subject while
inside the training for your own personal reference.
- Email:
A direct email link to the course sponsor in the event you have
questions or comments about a course.
- Terms:
A glossary of significant words used in the course.
- Print:
Allows you to print the current screen.
- Help:
Navigational assistance for the course.
- Settings: This can
be used to adjust the settings for running the course to optimize
viewing of the course on your computer.
- Activities:
Use this button to review or print additional material related
to the course. Within the course, you will be directed to this
option when necessary.
- Main Menu:
Allows you to move through the sections of the course, similar
to a table of contents. You may move your cursor over a topic
to review the course, by pass parts of the training you already
know by clicking ahead, or go directly to the final assessment.
- Back:
Moves the course backward a page.
- Forward:
Moves the course forward a page
