Core Committee for the Advancement of Women Faculty and Administrators

In early 1997, the University of Texas System requested that each University component provide an Annual Report on Human Resources. Part of this request included the formation of core committees on the advancement of minorities and women at each of the system institutions. The core committee for the advancement of women faculty and administrator's charge is to assess the degree of fairness, equity, diversity and collegiality for women in academia and administration at UTMB and to recommend changes to the president when inequities are identified.

This committee meets the third Wednesday of the month from 12:00-1:00 p.m. in the 6th floor Administration Building Caduceus Room.
