Calling all employees and students! Do you have a hobby or collection you'd like to share? Do you paint,
sculpt, take photos, make jewelry or crafts, collect music or do some other
activity that speaks to who you are as an individual? Do you play a unique
regional instrument (sitar, bagpipes, steel drum, etc.) or music style? Would
you like to share your passion, talent or skills with others?
Would you be willing to contribute
your time as a volunteer?
If so, let us know so you can help
make our second UTMB Diversity Fair a big success. We'll supply a space, table or
display board—and electric power if you need it. If you volunteer, we'll provide
the assignment. You supply
the creativity and a little bit of your time.
Please sign up online using the form
below.
Need more information? Call extension 28783 or 78196.
Displays may be setup early and
should be removed by 4 p.m. The
display area (Levin Hall Dining Room) will be attended from 7:30 a.m.
to 4 p.m.
If possible, exhibitors should be
present during the fair to speak with visitors about displays. Volunteers may be
assigned to displays that are not staffed by the exhibitor. Sorry, no sales of
merchandise or services are allowed at this university event.
Please submit this application as promptly
as possible; the deadline is Monday, July 12. A member of the
Diversity Fair Committee will contact you with details and a confirmation.
