Fostering Diversity
Institutional Diversity Council
At UTMB, we are committed to employing and
educating a workforce that mirrors the diverse populations we serve. We are also
committed to creating an environment where everyone--regardless of gender, age,
ethnicity, physical capability, religious affiliation, sexual orientation or
cultural background--can be a productive member of the community and feel
rewarded and respected for the part they play in the success of the institution.
The Diversity Council is in place to support these objectives.
