Cancellation and No Show Policy

Course fees are non-refundable and subject to the

below No Show/Cancellation policies.

********************************

Payment must be received within 5 business days of scheduling for a class or your reservation will be cancelled and the slot opened to the next registrant.

********************************

It is essential that you notify us at least 48 business hours before class if you are scheduled but unable to attend. We have wait-lists for many classes.

Please be aware that there are new fees associated with “no shows” and late cancellations. Please scroll down to review the fees.

We regret that these fees have been instituted due to high numbers of individuals scheduling themselves for multiple classes or not letting us know if they are unable to attend:

ü      No Show:

If you are registered a class and you do not call to say you will be unable to attend, you will be considered a "No Show".  This will result in a forfeiture of your registration fees.

In order to reschedule for another class you will need to re-pay your registration fees and a $25 fee will be assessed in addition to your registration fees.

ü       <48 hours notice of cancellation:

You must cancel at least 2 business days by 12 noon prior to your class to avoid late notice cancellation fees.

Please look at the following chart to see cancellation deadlines:

If you are scheduled for class on: Cancellation to avoid reschedule fee must be received by: (prior to class day)
Monday Thursday at 12 noon
Tuesday Friday at 12 noon
Wednesday Monday at 12 noon
Thursday Tuesday at 12 noon
Friday Wednesday at 12 noon

If your cancellation is received after these times, you will be assessed a $25 late cancellation fee when rescheduling for your class.

ü      >48 hours cancellation notice:

No fees will be assessed and you can reschedule your class without any additional costs.
