Education Laboratory at UTMB Hospital is a Community Training Center for
American Heart Association. We offer Instructor classes to people who are
proficient in BLS, ACLS, and PALS. These classes are usually offered twice a

Please review & submit the following complete "Application Packet" (Candidate Application, UTMB Instructor Requirements, UTMB Training Instructor Policy, UTMB Instructor Candidate Checklist) to the UTMB Training Center containing the following: (Note: Incomplete Packets or packets missing documentation will be returned and not considered).
If you have any questions please review the instructor packet & it will answer most questions you may have. After reviewing the entire packet; email us for clarification on any unanswered questions.
After approval of the submitted Application Packet, we contact the Instructor Candidate and offer the opportunity to register for the next available course by purchasing materials and paying for the course at UTMB.
