Payment Options
You can pay for your course fees by one of three (3) options:
Call the LSEd Lab at 409-772-2823 and pay by Visa or Mastercard and we can either mail your materials or leave for will call (must be picked up prior to day of class)
Option 2:
Make your payment in person by coming to the LSEd Lab Administrative offices in the Rebecca Sealy Hospital, 3rd Floor, Room 3.814H, Monday - Friday, 8:00-4:30. We accept cash, checks and credit cards.
Option 3: Mail your payments to:

We will mail your materials to you. Please be sure to include the address you would like your materials mailed to.

Use of these materials in an educational course does not represent course sponsorship by the American Heart Association. Any fees charged for such a course, except for a portion of fees needed for AHA course material, do not represent income to the Association.
