Parking lot behind Graves Bldg. Parking lot is full of holes and broken concrete.  Area holds water after a rain.  Area must be crossed by staff parking in Lot C or Garage 2.  Area has many bird droppings 7/9/2008 7/10/2008   Maintenance is waiting on pricing and funding to move forward on parking lot repairs.  The area with bird droppings is considered part of the existing bird chasing contract.
Walkway outside of Old Red near new sidewalk Brick has sunk below the level of other bricks and is a trip hazard 7/8/2008 7/9/2008   The problem was reported to West Area Maintenance for repair and requested area be identified with a safety cone until repair is complete.
Rebecca Sealy: Old driveway on the south side near 8th street Construction vehicles park in the driveway blocking the building egress. 7/8/2008 7/8/2008   Per Campus Police, parking has been notified to increase patrols and ticketing in the area.  FOAM Construction teams have also been notified to inform the contractors to not park in the area.
Parking Plaza steps to Administration Building Edge of steps is crumbling and causing people to trip 4/28/2008 4/30/2008   Don Sexton reports the contractor has been notified of the problem and will be fixing the steps.
Parking Garage #2 Pedestrian crosswalk is not clear; cars pose a hazard to pedestrians 1/22/2008 4/15/2008   Item was previously reported on 9/6/2007 and is on the archived page reached from the above link.

Issue was researched and reported to management through the Environment of Care Committee.

John Sealy Hospital, 3B While unplugging a computer, user was shocked lightly by outlet when it contacted a bracelet. 1/18/08 3/4/2008   Maintenance inspected the outlet and found it to be in good condition. 

User was advised to not wear jewelry which could contact outlet while plugging in or unplugging equipment.
