Enrollment Services Specialists assist all students in evaluating their financial obligations and exploring their available resources.  The staff of trained professionals offers individual counseling for every student, personal assistance in the application process, and continued guidance in financial planning while enrolled at UTMB.  All advisors use voicemail on their telephones.  Your questions or comments may be received by telephone or email.  Specialists in Enrollment Services are available during certain hours each day (8 am – 5 pm) to help you estimate your expenses and understand the sources of financial aid available to you.

Enrollment Services Financial Aid Staff assist all students with every aspect of the Financial aid process; including filing the FAFSA, application process, awarding, completion of financial aid documents, promissory notes and Truth In Lending statements, disbursement of funds, payment of tuition and fees, veterans benefits, federal work study and entrance/exit interviews, and collections.

Walk-in hours:

Monday-Wednesday and Friday

10 am to 4 pm

We do not see walk-ins on Thursdays
