Diploma Replacement

To obtain a replacement diploma when the original has been lost or destroyed, students must provide a signed request, along with the following information: date of graduation, degree awarded, name at time of graduation and social security number. A fee of $30.00 is required to process this request. A replacement diploma is issued using the current diploma design, wording, and signatures.
