Medical School Year 4 Information and Forms

UTMB School of Medicine Students may register for elective course work through the Office of Enrollment Services. Instructions regarding registration are listed in the Electives Brochure.

Selected students will be able to add/drop courses via UTMB E-Connect (https://sisweb.utmb.edu/sp/utmb/student).

Specific required forms listed in the Brochure may be printed, completed and submitted to the Electives Coordinator via mail, in person, or by Fax. Please note all required signatures must be on the forms or they will not be processed. Click on the form needed below:
