Federal Refund Policy

According to federal regulations, any student who is entitled to a refund for payment of tuition and fees, and has received financial aid from any Title IV program, will be subject to the following refund policy:

The University must credit financial aid refunds in the following order:

• Federal Direct Stafford/Ford Program
• Federal Direct PLUS Program
• Federal Perkins Program
• Federal PELL Program
• Federal SEOG
• Any other Title IV program
• Other federal, state, private or institutional sources
• The student
