To provide an education benefit to honorably discharged or seperated Texas veterans or to qualified dependent children with eligibility for exemption of tuition and certain fees for up to 150 cumulative credit hours, at state supported colleges and universities.

Hazlewood Student Account History

• Visit here or letter from previous school.

Tuition/Fees

Tuition will be exempted for each semester excluding the following fees: (fees paid for by student)

• Student service
• Medical service
• Yearbook

Cumulative Credit Hours

Will be determined based on students prior cumulative credit hours from Hazlewood Student Account History or letter from previous school in addition to units attempted as of the census data for each school program term at UTMB.

The Veterans Benefit Coordinator will notify you when your exemptions have been processed. Your exemption will be processed for each semester you are eligible or until you have reached the maximum 150 credit hours.
