Enrollment Details
These files present the most recent ten (10) years of detailed enrollment information using Microsoft Excel PivotTables. The first page in each file describes where to get more information on using the PivotTables if you are unfamiliar with them.
The "Official Enrollment" files report the information submitted to the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) each semester using their rules. The files list each student only once for funding purposes even though they may be enrolled in dual programs - specifically those in the MD / PhD program.
The "Unofficial Enrollment" files report the studenta in all programs for which they are enrolled. This portrays the actual student counts in the various Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences programs.
NOTE: These are large files and work best if you first save them to your computer. Using your mouse, right click on the link you need, then select "Save Target As ..." and save the file to a location of your choice, i.e. "My Documents."
