Patient Care Complex

Across the campus, new clinical, research and educational facilities are springing up. The UTMB family’s investment in our continued growth will be vital to our success. The opportunities are many: the replacement hospital for Jennie Sealy; renovations to make better use of the white hallway off “Main Street”; ongoing expansion of research facilities that make possible the advances in medicine we practice in our clinics and hospitals; expanded room for patient simulation programs so that our students can perfect their clinical skills in a high-realism/low-risk environment; or all-important green space—including a family garden adjacent to the John Sealy and Children’s Hospitals—to provide patients and employees alike with a place to relax, reflect, and heal mind, body and spirit.
