News Archive 02/15/08 - Hyperion Workspace Changes
Hyperion Reports located in the 1.0 Financials, 2.0 Financial Books, and 6.0 Other reports folders in the
Workspace will be unavailable from 8am Feb. 25, 2008 until 8am Friday Feb. 29, 2008.
This downtime will be used to make updates and changes to the database.
Details of the changes can be found in the Workspace Alert Information
folder and linked below:

Service Center Business Plans due May 30th for FY2009
May 30th deadline replaces the Feb 1st deadline which has
historically been the due date for Service Plans. See Service Centers
website for updated templates, instructions and contact information if
you have questions in preparing your service plan for FY 2009.
12/31/07 - Service Center Website is updated for
FY2009

12/18/07 - Datamart now has several new reports available regarding ISC
transactions
Please refer to Datamart for three new reports available to extract,
sort or review your ISC transactions. These reports are called:

Finance – Transactional Accounting, which encompasses Accounts
Payable, Payroll Services, and Asset Management, is communicating
time-sensitive
fiscal
year-end deadlines that are important to many UTMB personnel who
routinely complete transactions in the KRONOS and PeopleSoft business

Budget Calendar and Guidelines for FY08 are now available.
The budget calendar and guidelines for the FY08 Institutional
Operating Budget cycle are now available on the
Budget &
Planning web site. Access to FY08 webforms in Hyperion Planning is
scheduled to be granted 5/18/07. 04/30/2007 -
