Maintains the master UTMB Records Retention Schedule (RRS) by department and offers training on the systematic control of records from their creation or receipt, through their processing, distribution, maintenance, and use to their ultimate disposition; manages the Records Center.

Computer Systems

IRAM stands for Information Resources Access Management and is the Identity Management System for UTMB.  This application is maintained by Information Services Access Management and contains demographic information on all personnel at the University.  The data is updated daily from the Human Resource System and the Student Information System, plus manually for non UTMB personnel.  IRAM also includes modules for UTMB Trusted Requestors to make requests to UTMB Information Resources.

Training

Organizational Development, Training and Recognition (ODT&R) is a division of UTMB's Human Resources. The department supports the University's Core Purpose through professional development courses and recognition programs. ODT&R provide and facilitate developmental opportunities through educational and consultative services to all levels of UTMB staff.
