The Health Promotion Program invites you to join us for the
Optimal Health Trek.  Simulating a mountain climb, the Optimal Health Trek is designed to challenge 'climbers' to achieve a greater health altitude, and aid them in sustaining a healthier, more fulfilling lifestyle. As your guide, we provide you with the basic gear you'll need to assess your health risks (i.e. smoking, obesity, stress) and make healthy lifestyle changes.  The trek allows climbers to go as far as they wish - whether your goal is completing an HRA or heading for the summit.  At base camp, you determine the approach that leads to your health goal.  The remainder of the trek consists of honing your skills, choosing appropriate aids (programs), anticipating and overcoming obstacles, and finally - appreciating life from a healthier perspective.

For the Health Risk Assessment only, click on Gearing Up!

For climbers heading to the summit, click on Trek Guide and start your journey today!
