Beverly C. Dowling is the Assistant Vice President of the Community Health Network. In her role, Beverly oversees programs that manage and coordinate the patient care provided to vulnerable populations served by UTMB.

She received her B.S. in General Management from the University of Alabama in 1985. In her sixteen years at UTMB she has held several positions in the areas of: Hospital Finance, Primary Care Outpatient Clinics/Community Based Clinics, and Campus Clinics Administration.
