UTMB Identity System--Multimedia/Specialty Items
Specialty items If space is available, the full name of the university can be spelled out separately from the logo, in one of the approved typefaces. The themeline can be incorporated as well, as appropriate. Again, let legibility be your guide. Artwork for specialty items must be reviewed by Public Affairs prior to production.
Scripts should be reviewed by the Public Affairs Office to ensure accuracy and consistency with UTMB's image. (Public Affairs should review scripts for broadcast advertisements as well.) It's also a good idea to run the final product by Public Affairs before it is duplicated or broadcast, to ensure the logo is used properly. If you use an outside vendor to produce a video for your area and you plan to shoot on campus, please let the Office of Public Affairs know in advance. Public Affairs can help you arrange the necessary permissions through Campus Police and can advise you on securing any required releases from people who might appear in the video. This version of the logo is clearly legible, yet doesn't add too much to an email's size. The email version of the logo can be found on the Downloads page in Resources. Desktop wallpaper |
