    Gounah  Jennie is the assistant to Dr. Michele Carter and Dr. Cheryl Vaiani. Part of her duties include coordinating the Institutional Ethics Program, the Ethics Consultation Service, and the Institutional Ethics Committee.

    Pfeil  Diane works with all the faculty on printing projects, brochures, books, the journal the IMH puts out internationally, and any other printing and/or editorial needs. She also works with the McGovern Academy on many of their printing needs.

    Sifuentes  Marcy is Dr. Jason Glenn and Dr. Dayle DeLancey's assistant as well as the front desk person at IMH. She also coordinates the sales and accounting for The Texas Medical Jurisprudence Examination: A Self-Study Guide which is sold to physicians nation-wide and internationally who are preparing to take the Texas Medical Jurisprudence exam.

    Vickers  Donna manages all the day to day administrative activities of the medical humanities graduate program. This includes but is not limited to recruiting, new applicants, maintaining the graduate program website, preparing various monthly reports, working with current students, course curriculum updates, and whatever else that may come up. She works with all graduate program faculty as they prepare to teach graduate courses and keeps them apprised of all deadlines. She attends meetings at the GSBS to stay up on all new requirements of the program. Donna also maintains contact with the IMH alumni and notifies the IMH faculty, staff, and students of any new activities they may be involved with. She coordinates the monthly Brown Bags and is a back-up time keeper. She also maintains and updates the IMH website. She is Dr. Anne Hudson Jones's assistant. In that capacity she coordinates any committee, travel, special projects, or literary activities that Dr. Jones may be involved with.
