The Division of General Internal Medicine strives to provide effective medical education and high quality patient care guided by service, compassion, and evidence based medicine.
Our goals are to:
- Provide a patient centered environment that focuses on chronic disease management and preventative medicine;
- Be the leading teachers in patient care and quality improvement for the next generation of physicians in classroom, in-patient, and ambulatory settings;
- Cultivate an environment that nurtures and rewards lifelong learning, collaboration with our colleagues, and attainment of our maximum potential.
