Travel and Re-entry to the U.S.

ECFMG has announced a new travel page available on the ECFMG website at http://www.ecfmg.org/evsp/travel.html. This website is intended for J-1 physicians currently participating in programs at host institutions who wish to travel outside the United States for business or pleasure. Effective February, 2007, all physicians who have already commenced training in the United States in J-1 visa status and require travel validated Forms DS-2019 for either themselves or J-2 family members must complete a "Request for Duplicate Form DS-2019 for Travel," available at http://www.ecfmg.org/evsp/ds2019dup.pdf.
