Pirate Ghost Parade May Disrupt Traffic Around UTMB Campus

On Friday evening, October 12, from 6 to 8 p.m., the inaugural Pirate Ghost Parade will wind its way through the streets of Galveston beginning at the Galveston Yacht Basin. It will travel south down Holiday Drive, take a right on Market Street and head to the Strand area, and then retrace its path back to the yacht basin along the same route.

Employees, patients and their families have been invited to view the parade as it passes the UTMB campus along Market Street, from approximately 6-6:15 p.m., and again around 8 p.m.

Please be aware that traffic delays may be possible around campus as the parade passes.
