UTMB Welcomes The Joint Commission
UTMB would like to welcome The Joint Commission surveyors to Galveston. The surveyors arrived at UTMB Monday morning to conduct their unannounced survey which occurs approximately every three years as part of the accreditation process. UTMB is currently accredited by The Joint Commission which means UTMB has demonstrated compliance with organizational, patient care and safety standards.
