Identity Theft Presentation - Dec. 17

The UTMB Police Department is hosting a brown bag presentation on "Identity Theft."  The presentation is structured to help reduce the chance of becoming an identity theft victim.  Victims of identity theft spend countless hours and months trying to repair their credit.  Victims are left confused on who to contact, what steps to take, and even the necessary forms to complete.  Should you become a victim, the presentation along with the distributed identity theft booklet will provide guiding information and the proper forms needed for victims to begin their credit repair process.

The Identity Theft presentation is open to the UTMB community and will be held from noon to 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 17, in Levin Hall, Room 3.324.  The presentation will start at 12:15 p.m.

Refreshments and giveaways will be available to the first 30 participants to arrive.  If you are interested in attending, please contact (409) 772-1503 to register.  Walk-ins are always welcome.
