I am not sure if this is a question for you or the public information officer (please let me know if it is, I can contact Jason): With respect to mental health visits for ad seg and death row inmates. I know that due to security reasons, the MH staff do not go directly into their cells (tell me if I am wrong). It is also my understanding (correct me if I am wrong) that the other prisoners can possible hear the conversation/session (their neighbor for example) please tell me if I am wrong. How is this handled with respect to the ethical and legal duty confidentiality? Are these obligations not in effect in this type of setting?
